Just bought a Samsung C3110 phone for my daughters 13th - but we have one slight problem that we can't figure out.

Incoming calls the phone won't ring.

Text messages make the text sounds.  

But when we ring it, it makes no sound, vibrate works only.

We have tried every profile to no avail.

I eagerly look forward to someone with experience with this phone lending us a hand.
