The below is for moving to a Postpay Smart plan not Prepay!

No you won't lose the prepay credit as such, This will be credited towards your first / second invoice, It's all automatic and just happens

FYI mobile data will not work till early the following morning IE internet / PXT after the day of migration from Prepay to Postpay

If you are talking about one of the New Prepay Smart plans and no you will not lose any prepay credit

John

Thank you John. I just moved from Prepay to Smart 45 this morning and was here on Geekzone to see if I could find answers as to why my mobile data isn't working at all. Now I know! Neither the store or the "its up and running" txt told me this would be the case. Glad I found your post - thanks.
