Hi,

We are just about to move house and I have tried to update my address at 'viewbill.xport.co.nz' and whilst it saves the changes in the "emergency services" update now section, my dashboard still has our old address. Can I change this online (if so, how) or do I need to call VFX?

Not sure which part you are referring to, best bet just ring into to support and they can help you out

Will give them a call later today. If you login to the viewbill screen you will see what I am talking about.

The address under viewbill is just for emergency purposes, if you're wanting to change your service to another address, please ring Customer Care on 0800 123 123 , option 1 and they will get it done.
