I regularly record CLICK on BBC WORLD (CH93) on SAT 1930 for 30min.
But on SAT 3rd the PLANNER recorded CLICK at 1630, and what was recorded was not CLICK.
So I manually booked what the GUIDE stated as FASTTRACK at 1930 and was able to record the episode of CLICK that I wanted.

This morning I have done some cross checking.

On the BBC WORLD web site, the broadcast schedule lists CLICK on SAT 0630, 1630, SUN 0430 and 1330 GMT.
and this is also what is currently showing up on the GUIDE.

So I suspect that at the moment, the GUIDE is not being given the NZ time adjusted schedule for the BBC WORLD channel, it is being given the GMT schedule.

Telstra can you please fix this in time for next Saturdays broadcast of CLICK at 1930 ?
Thanks.

It's happened again TelstraClear. The BBC WORLD schedule on the TBOX GUIDE is out of sync with NZ time.
Once again I had to manually booked what the GUIDE stated as FASTTRACK at 1930 in order to record the episode of CLICK that I wanted.

Please Fix.

Any information available as to the source of the problem TelstraClear?

Hi Garfield,

We'll raise this with SKY who provide the EPG data for their channels.

Cheers, Gary

It has happened again TelstraClear.
For the third time,  The TBOX GUIDE for BBC WORLD is not in sync with NZ time.
The TBOX GUIDE Schedule has the program CLICK on Saturday 11th on at 1630 instead of 1930.
Here is a new wrinkle: My TBOX has changed my Serial link for CLICK into one for FASTTRACK at 1930 !!
Will be curious to see what happens to the serial link when SKY sort out the schedule again...
TelstraClear please fix.
Thanks.

I've been having the same problem trying to record episodes of CLICK in recent weeks (via satellite).  Last week I ended up downloading it via iPlayer as all the repeats had gone to air before I realised what was happening.  To my surprise, the video quality through iPlayer was actually better than via satellite, so I may end up watching most of my BBC programmes that way in future.

I had the same problem directly with SKY a couple of months ago - I eventually gave up.  Was tempted to obtain Click from "another source"

Procrastination eventually pays off.

Hi everyone,

We've been advised that SKY is looking into this and they hope to have the issue fixed soon. Please let me know if this happens again and we'll pass the feedback to SKY.

Thanks, Gary

Checked this morning and the BBC WORLD schedule is back in sync with NZ time on the TBOX GUIDE.

I note that my series link (originally for CLICK @1930 which automatically turned into FASTTRACK @1930) has not turned back automatically to CLICK again, but is now planning to record FASTTRACK @1730.
I have deleted it and set up a fresh CLICK series link.
Admittedly, I did not boot the TBOX this morning, so it is possible it might have auto corrected itself after a reboot. Must remember to try that out if it happens again.

Thanks TelstraClear.
