yes and we upgrade our plan on FRIDAY 2ND DECEMBER, today is WEDNESDAY 7TH DECEMBER, giving the amount of time we upgraded one would think that it would be working at full speed.

Modem reboot and are you testing to the Telstra speed test site or speed test .net?

Well, you didn't say this in your first post.

Have you used TelstraClear's own speedtest? Make sure you selected your local server for this test.

If still not changed, time to call the help desk then.

I also recently upgraded to the warpspeed plan and waited overnight for the new speed, it didn't appear to change so I rang the help desk and they said they would change it. They were very helpful and quick except I still think it's broken. Should I expect more than 16mbit/s? (seems magically better than before) is there anything my end that could be preventing the speed upgrade?
Note: I have speed tested from telstraclears own speedtest and speedtest. Net and tried well seeded torrents all during peak and off peak times.

I will probably ring the help desk again but wanted a sanity check.
