It seems the online payment service option is unavailable...

Bits of the customer service part of the web site have been down for the past few days.

They know there are problems. I'm sure it will get more attention after the summer break.

I'd just screen print it, call the helpdesk if you really want to make payment or just don't pay the bill till it comes right (which is what I'd do, I hate calling the helpdesk, as everyone here knows).

Worst that can happen is you'll get whacked with a late fee, which I'm sure that Gary would sort out for you. :)
