Hi

Can anyone help me?? I struggling to set my voip up, which is provided by world exchange. I have a netcomm nb16wv which is unsupported by W/E

netcomm have a set up page to link the modem to world exchange via entering several settings.

They are asking for more setting than world exchange can provide.

They have asked for a

Sip proxy
Proxy Domain
Outbound proxy
user name and password

World exchange have provided proxy. 2 uers names and 2 passwords

When  reading a generic guidelines provided by netcomm to set this up once i've entered the information in several diferent formats i'll still can't register the device.

Can anyone help??????

You need to enter your AuthID somewhere. I have no idea if the Netcomm device support this, 99% of hardware and software supports SIP AuthID but there is some devices that don't.
