I am not sure Mobile Fone Repair will change firmware on Vodafone handsets. But you should contact mupper or unlocker through PM on this forum and see if they know of something that could help you.

Hi,

Nokia have also released software which will allow you to upgrade your firmware over the air or via the PC. I'm not sure if this will work with vodafone specific firmware as well or not though so I caution you to read the information provided thoroughly before you try.

Cheers,

That software from Nokia UK works a treat. I used it on my Nokia E61 and it is much more stable and has not chrashed or run out of memory.

The Nokia online upgrade can only be used for Nokia firmware. It can't be used to upgrade any operator branded firmware.
