Well I decided that since sky repeat everything 5 times a week there is no need for a second telstra clear digital decoder anymore. It appears that the cancellations department is always too busy to accept phone calls. I have been offered a call back within 5 days. I guess there is good money delaying cancellations. They managed to process a data cap upgrade in about 60 seconds however.

Hi gbwelly,

If you email me your account number and a contact name and phone number I'll ask one of the team to get back to you.

Cheers, Gary
