Went from Orcon where I could download a 350MB file in 10 minutes to Telstra where it takes 40 minutes to download half as much.
Telstra tell me my line can achieve 17mb down and 1.2mb up, so what gives?

freitasm: Is this a new router? Have you ever connected this laptop to this router via wireless? Is the router applying a filtered MAC list to block "unknown" devices from joining? Is the Wireless adapter on the laptop configured to get automatic IP settings or manually configured?
