Hi,

So I have a vodafone broadband plan at home and have currently exceeded our monthly allowance so have surfing at dial up speeds for the last week.

However, when I purchase a "double your data block" it takes my last week of browsing at dial up speeds into account as part of my doubled up data limit. This does not seem fair. Is this correct?

Does this make sense? and is this actually how it works?

Thanks,

That's not how it works. Say you are on Ultimate where you get 60GB. You use 62GB. If you then double your data you would have 122GB total data that month not 120GB. This should be fairly clear by looking at your available data through My Account feature on the VF website using your BB username and password to log in.

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.
