Hi,

Ok, I just got a new phone with 3G, but when I goto Vodafone Live! to download my 3 free music tracks is says not enough credit, even though I have not spent my 3 Free Music Tracks! How do I enable my free starter pack from within Vodafone Live!?

Vodafone says you need to enable it, but I am not sure how. Any help?

When you first purchase a item it will say do you wish to activate the 3G starter pack

Have you ever had your SIM in another 3G handset?

No I have never used another 3G Phone with my Simcard before. I talked to Vodafone and they said they forwarded it to their Technical Support team, so we will see what happens. I will keep you posted.
