I've had easy office installed at my business for the past 4-5 months and while it's a great product I have the following frustrations with it.

1) When there are voice mail messages there is no audible tone on the phone to tell you that you have a message waiting, there is a mailbox icon on the router but even when you've cleared the messages the mailbox icon stays on, plus the router is tucked away under the desk and not easily seen.

2) It seems silly that only 15gb of data is offered with the plan - I pay 1/3 the price at home and get 4 times the amount of data - what's up with that???

3) The QoS on the vodafone box struggles when using team viewer - if we're remotely fixing someones computer we can't use the voip lines.

Anyone else stuck these problems? better yet are there any solutions?

A customer of mine has also found that the ATA inside the modem does not meet NZ POTS line standards and their 3-year-old PBX system has issues working with it.
When a call comes in, the pbx thinks the caller has hung up in between rings (the incoming ringing signal must be too far apart) and they have to pick up the call on a ring, rather than in between otherwise they miss it.

TBH I wouldn't bother with that. If you are having bandwidth exhaustion issues I would go with VDSL and have the phone lines running over 2talk/VFX.

Hi Nitrotech,

can you PM me your email address please,I'll send this feedback to the VEO product owner.

I know there is a feature where you can be set up to receive an email when a voicemail message has been left,as I understand it there's a couple of variables that may mean you cant have the feature but I'm happy to get the guys to look at your set up for you.

Cheers
