Trying to do a very simple task of transferring a land line number from One Voderfone Account to Another Vodafone Account plus add a Broadband connection
Simple, one would think So! But NOT if your dealing with Digital Mobile.

Digital Mobile  Vodafone's Premium NZ dealer! NOT!
Please Digital Mobile ANSWER, my emails, Please give some estimation of how long it will take, days, weeks, months or years?

I've had a similar experience recently. It took some 5 months to get a response from Scoot Mobile/Digital Mobile. Then I only got a response after alerting someone at Vodafone head office of the situation.

DM has really epically failed recently with customer service, reps don't return calls, managers don't either, stuff doesn't get done. I heard a rumor that VF will buy back it's franchises shortly for this reason among many others.

If the Phone Number involved in this epic was not part of the business I have recently taken over and therefor used in all Advertising, I would just call another phone company and start from scratch!

Vodafone you need to sort out who you franchise with as this crap is not doing your brand any good at all.

December they wouldn't sell me an I-phone now they wont transfer lines from one account to another and add broadband It's Crazy. Has Vodafone lost all ability to Think? seems they have!

Problem sorted! DONT USE DIGITAL MOBIL just call Vodafone business help, in a matter of 10 minutes everything was sorted, in a very highly professional, courteous manner.  Well done Vodafone. But please SORT OUT your dealers.
This simple problem cost me a lot of money in lost calls, Telecom was ready to take control of the lines.
One last chance I rang the help line Bingo Magic service!
I will never use a Vodafone dealer Again!
