Does anyone else have trouble with data dropouts on Warehouse Mobile? Trying to figure out if it's a handset or network issue. I've tried 2 phones though so I am leaning towards network.

The icon by the clock will come up, and when I load up the WM app it says I have no date.

A restart fixes it, but it is happening quite often.

My daughter was using Skinny (Central Auckland) on her Nokia 6 without any problems, but changed to Warehouse Mobile a few weeks ago... and immediately started having data drop outs too.

I concluded they were due to a network admin  rather than a technical problem, and not a problem in her mobile or signal level problem. The screenshots below show a strong signal connection. She told me the problem self resolves after a few mins which indicates not a credit issue... She has plenty of credit!

To my mind, I think that the network thinks she has no credit for a short time, so temporally denies her data access.

The last occurrence was yesterday at Auckland Uni, but she just switched to wifi, and after class, it was working again.

A while back she sent a couple of screenshots of the problem...

Hope this is of some use.

Thank you, that definitely answers my question. I also get those exact 2 same screenshots when it happens.

Yeah the network is a bit hit and miss for me. I had an issue yesterday (in Wellington) where the data seemed to slow down to a non-existent connection ... turning mobile data on and off seemed to fix it

Happens sometimes, looks like 2degree network has some small issue adpoting a MVNO like warehouse mobile.

Still great service I can put up with it.....For now....

A bit off topic sorry.. but has anyone noticed the new android app? Seems to run much faster, and their ugly logo has been replaced

I actually thought that green on black squiggle was a graphical glitch instead of an actual logo.

Back on topic, I find that toggling airplane mode on and off will fix the data issues, no need to restart the phone.
