Can One/Spark/2degrees port a number over in store without needing to reply to the text from TCF? My number is stuck with Kogan and I haven't been able to receive calls or sms for weeks now with no solution. At this point I just want to see if I can save my number and move to someone else. Otherwise I'll have to get a new number.

Thanks!

So Kogan is the GSP? (gaining service provider) What do you hear when you call your mobile number now?

I have recently ported to Kogan, only people using one nz network can call me. Any other calls gives the message

"We do not recognise the number you have dialled"

Yep multiple times, they have just kept saying everything is working on their end. They say they have escalated it to the technical team and they found that a text went through, so therefore it's all ok. Their live chat is the most frustrating experience ever, just canned responses no help at all.

@MaxineN Do you know anyone on the Kogan side that can look into this issue?

Your full name, phone number, the SIM number(photo please) and as well the date you ported in to Kogan shall suffice for security for me to have a look at this.

Send it to maxine.nesbitt@one.nz

Will be back on Saturday so can have a good look at this.

Cheers

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I will be watching this thread....

As I replied in the other post. 4 out of 5 my ported numbers cannot receive txts. Only one number is fully functional. One number in the four problematic ones also experiencing not able to receive call problems. Keeps saying the number you are calling is not activated or does not register. Funny enough it is able to make outgoing calls though.

I think missing txt problems started to happen recently. One phone with such problems received a txt 19th Dec.

OP is a genuine routing issue off net side.

Your one I'd like to also look at as well. Same deal please.
