@amanzi Good luck with that you are going to confuse front line staff and the range might not even be open yet, Just cause a range is in NAD does not mean it can be allocated by VodafoeNZ to a SIM

If Siebel just returns a pointless error then range is not open in IT systems and Core network
OK - called them, and the chap said the number doesn't belong to Vodafone but couldn't tell me anything else about it. I think I'm running out of options...
nzkc: I still have a 021 xxx-xxx number. And it would take a lot for me to give it up. Had it for nearly 20 years.

Consumer agents aren't allowed to provision 029 numbers at this time (it is restricted to Enterprise)
