Agree for a few comments above.

But the bit that stands out is the

Main performance issue is that when  you unlocking the phone it is effectively unusable for upto 5 minutes

Is the phone being turned off alot, what if she leaves it on all the time?

Has background sync been turned off?

Suggest a quick clean up of a few apps as well, clear the cache etc.

Phone is never turned off and background sync is turned on. I see the same issues with my old Samsung Tablet which did suspend a lot of background syncing when the screen is off for an extended period, so we've checked all of the usual suspects with her phone.

I'll take a fresh look tonight as does not meet the required WAF.

If you or your partner have access to the Samsung EPP store both the A56 8GB 256GB ($640) and A36 6GB 128GB ($520) are dual sim / Sim + E-Sim and on sale.

I have been on the A55 since launch from a S10e and I have been a very happy camper, I have switched between 2 google accounts pretty easily, I have never tried 4 tho.

Edit PB tech has both cheaper (miss out on the free wall charger tho)

A56 $634
