I've been keeping an eye on network names for a while now and screenshotting anything that is vaguely interesting. Have also asked my wife & daughter to record anything of interest, so have a collection of mostly Wellington names.
I couldn't find my screen capture of it, but I had some gay guys renting an apartment above a photographic studio of mine who's wifi was 'The Fairy Loft'... here's a cut & paste of some from my collection... maybe yours is here...?

Cheers,
Mike

reven: mines Batcave. but not broadcasting, even though this doesnt improve security....

moving house in 6 days, this has inspired me to make up a funny name for the wifi..

may just reuse "Pretty fly for a wifi", never seen that one before. or be rude and call it "Madame's Dungeon" or something...

You stole me network name!

the network 'yo dawg' looks nice and unsecured...

I had little shane on my smart phone for a while untilt he penis jokes got too much.

Family wifi has Scurrier Island  - an imaginary place my 4 year old son wrote a series of stories about.

DisneyLand was a temp test.

The worst I ever saw was a skin head place down peverl street - All Jew C must die. It didnt last long - I think someone complained.

Personally - I am still tryiung to find something funny enough that when  Windows 7 / Vista says Connect To .... the wifi name is super funny.

Johnk: I have had "FBI safe house" for about four years now, and about a year ago I renamed the old mans to "get off my wifi"

At my inlaws I can see "pretty fly for a wifi"

Your inlaws would not happen to live on the shore would they?
Because if they do I know someone who has that as their SSID

Ours is "getlost".
I wanted something with more swearing, but the in-laws come around sometime so I can't.

bah, most routers let you have a guest wifi, I use that for the expletive SSIDs or simply call it 'freeloaders wifi'

Currently at work we have 'Speakers' for the airport express and Apple TV display. A home I've got 'Starfleet Academy', and have had 'Captains bridge', 'Enterprise'. iPhones have 'rio grande', and 'runabout'

I fixed it for them, the name wasn't following the free WiFi naming rules:

Also changed it to another channel since it was close to ours.

tried to post before, apparently it didn't post, but i just changed mine to 'TARDIS WiFi'

even though apparently the tardis did not have wifi, if anyone here watches Doctor who who's seen that episode where the blue guy gets his head cut off and put in a box, he moans about there being no WiFi in the tardis.

Haha, wonder if they have worked out where their network has gone, or if they are just saying 'Sweeeet, we'll just connect to this free wifi and not use ours!'

josephhinvest: My routers over the years have been named after moons and planets. I've been through Titan, Triton, Iapetus and now have Ganymede (wifi), Enceladus (Apple TV), Phobos (Airport Express).

Cheers,
Joseph
