Spoke with Skinny yesterday and I was informed that they can only respond if I've had 4 calls from the same number. Sadly all the recent calls have been from different numbers.

Sounds like your number is publicly listed on some website related to your job, probably why you're receiving so many scam calls - if it is, might pay to mask the number so its only readable by a human.  I very rarely receive scam and marketing calls, my number isn't listed anywhere.
