And it's also a core One NZ issue. Keep this in mind.
And this can happen to any MVNO on the One NZ network and even to One NZ customers themselves.
I had this same issue too with Mighty Mobile. Which is why they didn't last long with me because I know the support structure.
That's why I said you may need to go straight to One NZ (of course if your coverage depends on One NZ).
