FYI.

"Consultation is now open on the detailed format and technical implementation requirements for the auction of the 700 MHz band of the radio spectrum, which is being freed up by the switch to digital television.

The consultation documents are available on the Radio Spectrum website.

Consultation will close on 14 June 2013."

"management rights commencing 1 January 2014" - is that new information? Could the telcos conceivably have things ready to go on that date or is it more likely that it would be some time later before launch?

Edit: Or I could actually read the thing more closely and see that that date is actually listed as previously announced... *blush*
