Hi I got a new iphone 5S on the telecom network. Previously I had an Iphone 4S.

The problem I have is I have a slingshot email account and are unable to send emails on the new phone. I can receive emails.

I have been to Telecom store twice where they changed the settings etc, but they could not get it to work

I talked to Slingshot help line and they changed the settings etc, but could not get it to work. They suggested I went back to Telecom

I talked to Telecom help line, they suggested I pay another $10 per month to get a Telecom email.

Appreciate any suggestions, I don't understand how it worked fine on the 4S but now with a new phone it doesn't.

When it was on the 4S it did have a strange setting that got it going, I can't copy this setting because the 4S died.

Thanks for the link, they are wanting an xtra email address to log in.

I dont have an xtra email address, that's what they want to charge me an extra $10 per month for, which I am not keen on doing.
