I'm looking for a provider who can supply bandwidth with a CIR of 5 or 10mbits and possibly a /29 over UFB, either 100 or 200mbits in both directions. I want to purchase in bandwidth not data. Could anyone recommend a provider? Would Vodafone do such a service?

You'll be looking at a more specialised ISP like Solarix, Vibe or 2degrees Business. I'd say Vodafone will do it however what you're asking for will indeed cost you.

Thanks, location is West Auckand. UFB line in Henderson and will be using ubiquiti gear to provide a service to people in the Waitakere Ranges. I had one guy come to me through friend of mine, and I suspect is served by a Conklin as he's getting very sub standard speeds < 0.5mbit during peak times plus the Chorus map shows no services at his address. Great elevated property though and can see all of Henderson, he said there's other people in the area with the same problem.

What's your budget last quote I had was 2.5k + gst per month for 100/50 national and 30mbps international transit.

Vocus Communications should be able to help you, although they couldnt give you that much CIR on anything less than Bitstream 3 I believe. The raw UFB circuit cists are available online, so do the maths as that will give you a starting point as to what it'll cost before adding transit costs.

Chances are you don't need as much CIR as you think, EIR works pretty well for must uses

This sounds like more of an enterprise connection vs wholesale.

Expect to pay around $1000/m based on what you've described.

I suggest you stay clear of Solarix but chat to either Vibe or 2Degrees Business. Vocus could do this but would be more expensive. Feel free to PM me for a contact.
