As above it's the 2 degrees network which may include roaming on the Vodafone NZ network where on-net coverage is not available.

Yep 2degrees

But beware of the pricing. It's nowhere near as good a deal as it seems.

250x voice minutes for $10 is cheap but minimum spend $10 per month should you want to use the phone for  outgoing texts, voice, or data.
