I am looking at building a Yagi antenna to boost my Vodafone 3G signal. Has anyone done this and have plans that would point me in the right direction.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Looking to build one myself, don't have any broadband at the address at the moment so cant use sure signal unfortunately...

Not sure that it would be worth the time to even consider self building.

Gowifi has various antenna. I have used then in the past and work fine. Make sure you get the correct one :-)  They are cheap enough to not need to make them yourself. (Not as cheap as from overseas)

For 900mhz the elements should be around 155mm tip to tip, you'll also need a balun to match input impedance
