Hi
don't know what has changed in the last 2 weeks with warehouse mobile aka 2 degrees

my data rollover expired, so it naturally went to chew up my credit at the prepay rates, I topped up $10 and purchased a 1gb pack, but it continued to use my credit, I rang up support and they said to disconnect the mobile data and reconnect, now it's still using prepay rates and not my data pack
what gives???

You will need to call support back as I am sure no one from warehouse mobile is on Geekzone

Edit : Don't say to them it's a data issue but charging issue
