One of the reasons I use a post-paid plan is that I can see everything I have been billed for.  With pre-paid you only know the current balance and historically you never could know how that balance was spent.

My usage levels are low and therefore pre-paid would cost less than post-paid.  Are there any pre-paid plans that offer online access to account activity similar to a post-paid account statement?

There is a 'View detailed usage' option within the My Vodafone app for prepay customers that does just that. For phone calls and txts you can see the phone number, date, time and cost (usually zero as covered by monthly addon).

You can also access this via the website, and export usage

@OldGeek All carriers have shown Prepaid usage / spend for years I know VodafoneNZ started showing break down of usage over 10+ years ago so customers could view it (31 days worth)

This is shown via the MyVodafone App and My Vodafone on the website

Thanks for the feedback.  I had a pre-paid account with Vodafone up to around 5 years ago.  I asked at a retail store about tracking pre-paid activity similar to the tracking that post-paid statements offer and was specifically told that this was not possible (back then, probably 5 years ago).  Pre-paid plans then were simply per-minute, per mb or per txt billing (ie no packs).  The solution was specifically a post-paid plan

I dont recall whether web-based tools such as 'My Vodafone' were available.  I swapped to 2D post-paid at the time to get what I wanted.  It looks like things have changed.

Many thanks for your responses 8-)

All of my prepay use comes from packs so there is really little spend infomation now. Really just have to see what packs I have bought.
