I have a Samsung S10e running my Warehouse Mobile sim.

 

 

 

I've noticed that often when I leave my wifi connection it doesn't switch over to mobile data.

 

 

 

Sometimes I get a message saying I need to topup my data (I have plenty) or to login to Warehouse Mobile.

 

 

 

I've found if I restart my phone it solves the problem but that's a nuisance.

 


Any ideas?

Yeap they have been ridiculous this days, I have clearly have enough carryover data and top up and buy the new allocation. instead of using the allocation, they use my top up money

Rang their customer service, after 20 mins, also got instructed like you did, turn off mobile and start again and it will be using the allocation

We asked them why do we need to turn off the mobile and start again, such an old fashion way. All they said you have to do it....
