Looks like Kogan is having issues with sending text messages. Messages can be received but can’t be sent. Anyone has any update on this?

Maybe not all then, although they just confirmed on live chat that they are having issues with text messages.

I've got the issue too, and Kogan said they're on to it. Just a pity there's no obvious outage status on their site and their email support ended with a 403.
