I think it's great to have a blog. Let customers know news etc, but I agree with you that there is not much need for a forum as they can find honest comments and feedback about them on Geekzone.

I'm still not sure why they call it a blog but it is running forum software.

Just like vodafone having their own forum for their own issues, I think it is a wise idea to have one for themselves. My 2C

To me, to have the Geekzone forum as the "official" B&W forum, would appear cheap.

I mean that in the kindest way possible - nothing against Geekzone whatsoever! To me, it would appear bad if a company couldn't run their own forum!
