Hey guys,

I am wanting to know what 'Mobile phone providers' provides mobile plans for calling China? I use my mobile phone for personal use (not business related). We don't have landline and do not want landline as we have no use for it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Use WeChat, its very likely whoever you're calling in China uses it.  It's the Chinese equivalent of FB messenger and majority of them use it including companies.
