I bought one of the kogan deals but I'm not able to port

Skinny prepay but the number had been a ported over from Spark

I think that's the problem?

When did you start the porting process? I'm pretty sure they don't port on Sunday so hopefully your number should be ported today or Tuesday :)

Did you reply to the text confirming that you wanted to go forward with the port?

interestingly a couple of hours after they said it failed, they sent me a notification saying it was successful

i did it yesterday it said failed

did again this morning it said fail

about 2 hrs 18 mins later got a sms from kogan saying successful

i have a feeling those "fails" were automated responses when it didn't fit the box perfectly but then it gets sent to a human who tweaked a few boxes and it goes through
