I'm trying to activate a new Kogan SIM and my NZ cards( Yes multiple) gets declined despite having sufficient funds.

The API seems to be returning a HTTP 503 response.

Kogan care doesn't seem to be able to figure it out.

Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues in the last few days

Then tell the Kogan care staff member to raise a fault ticket so someone that can sort it out!

Tickets have been raised and keep going around in circles which is why I was keen to figure out if there were anyone else experiencing the same as this doesn't seem a credit card issue on my part but server/service issue with it not responding.

I'll ask on Cheapies. See if anyone knows a solution.

Activated a new SIM last night and had no issue loading a card for payment. No payment has been taken though as I had a voucher.

Great to hear .. will try in a few weeks again as I had to stay with my current provider for another billing period while this was resolved
