Two Kogan mobile users in Christchurch can't make off network calls. Time out, not valid number errors.

 

Anyone else?

Did those users recently port their numbers to Kogan by any chance?

 

If so, where from? Could be a backend routing issue after ports were completed.

Both numbers ex Spark, been ported for 5 months or so.
