I've been having trouble receiving mms for the last few days. Tried all the usual, restart phone, reinstall messages, deleted or messages, switched sim to another phone and repeated. Reset the apns, set them to the kogan ones. Just tried my menders phone and found it's doing the same so I'm guessing it's a kogan issue as opposed to phone issue.

Anyone else having issues?

It'll come up to download then just load forever.

I thought it was just me. Rarely do I receive them, but yesterday nothing was coming through via MMS.

Yes I'm able to send them, just not receive. From two different kogan accounts / phones. Had two customers today try and send me ones.

@askelon Can you send a MMS / PXT from your number to your number? So just send one to yourself as sending is using the same settings as incoming

From my phone to myself? Messages won't allow it. I did try both ways between my mothers and my phones and both sent but can't open it. I just sent one to a friend and she got it fine but hers are just acting like they are downloading. So sending seems to be fine, just not receiving. Most people luckily are using rcs which is working fine. Just not mms

What do you mean messages won't allow it? You can change it under messages settings

A MMS / PXT message should not be over 300KB

It won't let me send one to my own mobile. It only wants me to use rcs with no option to send as an mms

You can turn off / disable RCS under message settings to test

Log a fault with Kogan mobile - They will only tell you to check handset settings but the handset settings are correct as you can send and the issue is only with incoming you need to make clear to them

I'm also with Kogan. Tested sending MMS to myself. Sent OK. Got Network Error message when phone tried to receive/download it.

I've had the same, seemed to send okay but failed to receive. It has also tried to send me MMS from the other party as from my own number.

I've submitted an email via their help page with screen shot of the error message and also my MMS config settings.

Would be good for others to also raise the issue with Kogan so they know it is affecting more than 1 user.

@askelon @kiruti @jonb please try MMS now. Seems to be working now for me.
