Apparently, the Sky Tower base station has either carked it or is about to do so... meanwhile, WC is going up and down. Not like a yo-yo though. Having hour-long outages here, which I hope mean the techies are working on replacing/repairing the base station.

No information about this to WC customers though. :\

It was fine -- seems to be very stable, but it is still only in trial, and I don't think the network has many users on it yet.
