I must admit and watch with great interest the coments made by certain individuals in regards to Reach Wireless. It may be prudent for them to think before they hit "brain in to gear"!. If you constantly happen to call and fail to do the following a) leave a message, , and even then an abusive message to say things are f>>>>>!..then how does one expect to be treated?. and lastly if your call comes in with "id not availbale", you don't leave a phone number then dahhh...how do we call you back!. For people who are meant to be pretty clever, as we say ..you are really stupid...

dabsy: how do we call you back

Welcome to Geekzone... Do you work for Reach Wireless?

How do you know people called and didn't leave a message? And what specific thread are you talking about? Perhaps the one where people discuss the dismiss of the company, which apparently interrupted providing services (http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?ForumId=42&TopicId=6670)?

At present the company is not at a "demise" as some people would like to think....oh the views expressed here are not that of the company!...in a nutshell, we are awre of things and at present reevaluating for where to go from here. I surpose the main thing is "Watch this Space:...we are not down and out by any means!

HAHA... Was this not discussed in February here!?

Not surprised their inbox was full! At least we know they obviously were not reading geekzone while their phones were going unanswered!
I am watching “this” space with great anticipation!

Well we were responding to the plight of one of your customers, clearly he rang your helpdesk and got fobbed off. So we decided to get more information from the horses mouth, and warned potential users who were signing up on you website which was accepting new customers and still charging existing users, however your serivce had been suspended.  There is no excuse for that, what sort of business school did you go to!?
