We are using SNOM 360 and Linksys SPA942 Voip phones.
To keep the phones running we have to frequently disconnect and reconect the power to the ATCOM server.

The main symptons are as follows;

1. Inability to call out. Trigger unknown
2. Inability to receive calls. Trigger unknown.
3. Inability to transfer a call to another extension. Trigger Unknown.

We resove the above by disconnecting the power from the ATCOm server. We wait 15 secs and then reconnect.
If this does not work we reboot the server and then reboot each phone.

We are trying to locate an engineer from Hamilton who can come and assist us.
Does anyone know who may be able to assist

Our system was set up by our previous General Manager who was very proficient in IT.
He has now moved to another company

Cowboy style no documentation at all I presume?

Have you checked for contact detail stickers on the hardware (pbx, phones etc)?

You may have to dig into your accounting invoices to see if there is a vendor/consultant etc you can call for support.

Thanks
