The calls coming to your SkypeIn number are not free. People pay like they would for a normal call.
Also, if you divert the call to a mobile phone then you will be paying out of your SkypeOut account, and the $0.06 is only valid for landlines, so with your arrangement you are paying every time someone calls your SkypeIn number.
At the end people pay to call you, you pay to have calls diverted to your mobile, and your telecommunication costs might edned up being higher than before...

sawadee: ...I am happy to use my laptop with Vodem mobility and Skype to make calls instead of a mobile phone.It seems like you don't move around very much, at least not outside the central areas of our major cities...
