I'm curious how you've come to 10 simultaneous calls. Is it based on actual usage to date or some other calculation? Because for 15 users I would have picked something more like 5 lines (at most) unless you are doing heavy outbound calling or running a call center.
myopinion: Based on all your comments and talking with suppliers I am definitely now leaning back towards an in-house system. I really appreciate all this help cheers guys.
Extension numbers alone shouldn't determine the type of system you want.
