I have used 2talk since 2010, and only recently disconnected due to having mobiles with unlimited plans and only making 1h of calls a month on it. I cannot ever recall the service being out, or any problems what so ever, I used it with a good quality Gigaset phone, both on Telstra/Vodafone cable formally and more recently BigPipe. Never had any troubles. I can highly recommend them - only slight negative was they could not do auto debiting of my credit card, so I'd have to manually top it up, but that's a minor quibble which is just from my absolute laziness when it comes to having everything auto pay - and for $12 a month one can hardly moan.

I have used them as a extra line and for all outgoing calls in my shop since 2009, has been fine.
Still havent had the nerve to drop our incoming line but may well do soon.

Support as mentioned is non existent

During my time with 2talk (2 years) I have had to post 3 support tickets. All have been answered within 24 hours which I think is acceptable.

I find that we only need to send support tickets for billing issues - which are very seldom. Any technical issues we have had were fixed on our behalf on the equipment at our end.

Basically, if you know how to configure your gear 2Talk is the best option.

If you need your hand held, WxC is a very good choice and will fully support you if there is an issue.

@Coffeebaron- how do you figure call quality is better on WxC?

By having two lines that were used regularly over a few years, one on WxC and one on 2talk. I noticed the difference, especially in the earlier days of 2talk. Kind of like the difference between a good quality MP3 and a CD. You can pick that the MP3 is still not quite as good as the CD. So not saying that 2talk was bad, as it certainly was not; just that WxC seemed to have a bit of an edge on voice quality.
As for quality now, I think I'd find it hard to tell much if any difference.
