The time must be the key, i emailed them this morning about 8.20am and they had replied with some things to check by 8.22am (2minutes later). It sounds like the voice mail when you ring is them on the phone so they may only have 1 support person, not sure but that may be why their support is a bit slow at times as they are bogged down. Something they should address for their customer base.
DC My big day I mentioned above hasn't come yet. It is about money I paid and hasn,t been credited and not the phone system. I had a couple of phone contacts during 4 weeks and they said they would look into it, send about three or four emails,which they haven't replied to yet. So I'm at a loss how they run the business.
