I only did this yesterday and now can not find it, got the settings off the net somewhere.
This is what is on my phone (Captivate, 2.1-update1, on telecom)

press go into 2talk app account settings  -that lets u enter your
account name (u call it what u like), 
caller ID (your 2talk number),
Server (2talk.co.nz),
Username (your 2talk number),
Password (your 2talk account password)
Proxy (2talk.co.nz)

I have only tested it once on cell phone and the receiver said the sound was okay. I should have said that in earlier post

One of the guys in the office has had success using SIPDroid/Open VFX, but I couldn't tell you anything about it, i roll with the iPhone :/ might be worth trying though
