I don't have any recommendations for a phone that does that because I'm not aware of anything in the marketplace that does POTS + Skype + SIP.

Ya, sorry, as Steve says... POTS... come on man! Port the number to VoIP.

PPL complain all the time about high prices and low caps.

"Can anyone tell me were to get cheap parts for my Model T?" is going to be the next thing I read here?

Prices stay up because people have to be paid to keep supporting all this old technology. Spares get harder to find, and storage costs keep going up and the people who fix this stuff become more expensive.

Vtech have a dual cordless phone that has skype and then your choice as to whether you have a landline or you could hook it up to a analogue telephone adapter with a voip provider.

Go with Analogue+SIP, it's going to support more services. The Siemens Gigaset "IP" models do it.

And for POTS + SIP there is no need for anything special as any standard or cordless phone has this functionality by adding an adapter such as a SPA3102. You could buy a Gigaset phone but it will cost you more.
