Hi Experts.

hope one of you guys here can help me.

I have installed a number VOIP providers in to my 3CX server.
one of the provider drop the connection since Sat morning until Monday morning connected again and now connecting on and off all the time.

i have contacted italk and they said nothing wrong with they VOIP phone and I have try to use VOIP set on to my 3G phone and work fine.

on my 3CX server event log event type Warning Event ID 12293 Desciption say Registration at 03 xxxxxxx has failed. Destination (sip.643974xxxx@chc.italk.co.nz:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

I been sued 3CX server and VOIP phone since 1 1/2 years ago and working fine all the time.. just only happen disconnected since sat morning until monday.

Looks like your 3CX server is having DNS issues.
What DNS server(s) is it set to use?

I cant see any DNS setting in 3cx server..

my VOIP phone line connect durig day time and now during night it disconnected...
