I'm having a play with Asterisk (on the Raspberry Pi) and some Cisco 7940 IP phones running SIP firmware.

Rather than starting from scratch, does anyone have a working dialplan.xml file that they could share with me as a starting point?dialplan.xml</

Thanks Hadley.

And that will work even tho it's for a Snom? (Did Snom just copy Cisco?)

I'm not sure of the exact Cisco format but it's similar, you'll still have to do some work :)

Yep, pretty out of date (looks to be pre 022 and 028 numbers aside from 2talk).

Thanks tho, will be a good starting point.

The format is quite different. I already have sbiddle's dial plan for the SPA gear from this provisioning file

You're welcome, is that your site? Seems like a great resource and kind of them to make it public.

Yes its mine. I have played extensively with 79XX cisco handsets and asterisk and am happy to share here, as long as it doesn't get thrashed by one and all.

I like the can do kiwi domain by the way, we should all have one.

Thanks.

I've been thinking of selling email addresses on it for a couple of bucks a year (just to cover costs more than anything).
