We have a client who needs urgent support with their 2Talk phone lines - They're all stating they are suspended despite having a positive account balance.

Tickets have been submitted and multiple phone calls have been unanswered. Does anyone have some way to urgently contact 2Talk or any suggestions?

I needed to contact them today as I was signing up our business and had question.

Phone, email and twitter went unanswered. However I posted on their Facebook page and I got a call in a couple of hours.
