Does anyone know how to reset and reload firmware on Polycom IP 6000 I cannot get old settings out of it and be able to login an put new settings into it. Any help would be awesome.
Not sure if you model has the same, but the newer ones have a pin hole below the power button, you can hold in a paper clip for a few seconds to do a factory reset
