Hello
I have installed the 2talk app on my s3 and wonder if I call from this app if the normal 2talk charges apply? On top of that it is obviously using data from my phone plan(telecom).
Can someone verify this?

Hi, yes, 2talk don't know what VOIP client you use (well they do but not for billing purposes), so a call is a call.
